San Juan would be a lovely place for a wedding. El Convento would be gorgeous if it's in your budget (and handy, being right across the street from a church). The wedding suite at El Convento is about $1600 a night, if memory serves me correctly. The ballroom is a terrific space and the courtyard is magnificent.
