I can't think of any hotel along there that wouldn't be appropriate for a solo female traveler (except maybe Hooters). It all depends on your budget and other things you look for in a hotel (great pool area, fine dining, spa, gambilng, etc.). I'd aim for something between Encore on the North End and Mandalay Bay on the South End. There are lots of choices there.
