Anything's possible, JenJen. Maybe their regular cook had Labor Day off. Were you staying at the Flamingo? They certainly have a nice pool area.

Wow, we were just there this weekend and it was delicious. You must have caught them on a horrible day. We had a great experience and actually went twice during our stay.
