That sounds awesome--the great American road trip! What's really great is that your kids are excited--so many teens get to a point where they don't think it's cool to travel with their parents.

My family and I are going to take a month long trip in an RV this summer across America. My kids are excited and we wanted to do this before they graduated as they are both teems now and we don't have much time left with them. We have given them the choice to pick out one location that they want to visit so they are excited about that as well!

What a great way to spend your childhood, Steph! I agree that those road trips can trigger a serious desire to see the world.

I have no experiences solo RVing, but my family used to motor all around the country in our Tioga Arrow and it's one of the things that triggered my wanderlust. It's such a fun and unique and freeing way to see the country.
